B, I love you and miss you.....

So the day started off with me oversleeping.... (yeah whats new there I know) But I still managed t get to

electriccat's place to help her unload...( I did manage to stop for some dunkies coffee and bagel sandwich on the way....) But I was tired enough that I leaned against the old particle board bookcase her ex left for her to take... (Doing the damage you'd expect from someone my size).... So I replaced them with 2 out of my nearby storage unit.. :-) (yay for haveing too much stuff stored nearby....)

Then After we were done there I stopped by my sister's place (I was figuring heh I get the family obligations out of the way for the next month or so...) Turns out she was redoing the paint in her living room, but had gotten a shade that was three or four shades too white from the "off-white" she was looking for.... Some how I got pulled into the greeney-blue vs bluey-green dillema and drove her over to home depot where she coiuld look at some other "warmer" shades.... (B I wish you had been here for that but I tried my best....) We ended up with a shade she liked called "Clear Air" (Who in what ever diety's name comes up with the names for these things....)

Turned out her hubby also liked it... :-) I spent the rest of the afternoon playing goalie keeping the kids out of her hair while she painted (I think my bro-inlaw was a bit exasberated with her too, about her deciding to do this at this point in time...) But we all managed and they took me out with a friend of thiers who's wife is dumping him for anopther woman...., plus a bunch of the off duty northeast emergancy personel..... (almost as bad as the nighht of his batchelor party...) Okay not quiet that bad, but close....

and as the subj of this entrie says damn I'm more drunk than I have been in a long time.....
and it's probably time for me to go to bed......
