Ah, the joys of naming servers....

So I have to setup a new server for my dept... (Which when we formed this group I humorously suggested the name Dieter [Spelled DITR], and they went with it...)

So when deciding on a new server name should I choose:

• Sprockets
  
• Mokey-Klaus
  
• Dieter

sprocket will probably be acceptable to the geek-types, and will fly under the radar for those not as SNL-savvy as you.

Oh Everyone here gets the SNL reference :-) (The only one who didn't was one of the older directors...)

The other nice bit of geek reference if I go with Srockets is that I could also make this the servers desktop image:


Given where I work I don't particularly need to stay that far under the radar.... :-) but "Touch-My-Monkey" might be pushing it.... :-)
