Well That was some vacation...

lensmanand now I'm back at work...
I spent a couple of my days off fixing problems reotely, and even comming in to fix one....
Oh well At least I was able to help B get the re-model of her study started... I ended up shredding 12 large bags of various papers she had collected over the years... While we emptied her study. He ex started to repaint the ceiling and that caused what was there to come down in sheets, so he spent a couple of days re-doing that. Now it looks like a brand new ceiling. (Damn he does good work, and he has a couple of interesting tricks up his sleeve for home repairs.)
Then we painted... She is going for a purple room... (As she put it "It looks like a 12 year old girls dream room".) :-) Actually the color combo is really nice. Though the primer coat was awfully PINK!!!
We have also painted a couple of the book shelves (Still need to put the clear coat on those.)
, and I did the light switch plate in an irredecent Blue/Purple.
So as I start back at work I'm catching up on some e-mail and web sites and stumble upon Star Wreck: In the Pirkinning... I think I hurt my brain on this one... It's some sort of odd cross between ST and B5, with very good graphics & SFX... and a plot that seems like a reject from Dr Evil...
