I'm am NOT management! I don't want to be management! Management sucks! I hate getting stuck with management duties!!! I do NOT want to babysit my cow-orkers! (Of course that's not what it's being called... It's supervising...)

Now I have to have a "talk" with one of my cow-orkers. (and that the part I really HATE) Machines are SOOO much easier to manage than people. At least you can hit a machine with a hammer if it is really misbehaving....

oh, poor you, you're being kicked upstairs. I say, hit him up for another pay raise and a "grief tax." With a hammer, if necessary.

And if the co-worker is the one I think it is, yes, you can hit him with a hammer! :-) I'll provide the implement!

Don't try to hit a cow with the hammer, though. It'll just cowpie on your shoes.

Yeah, but the operable word IS kicked... :-)

I think this is what they are looking for from the last raise they gave me.
