Apr. 16th, 2003 08:52 amOk Yesterday a server lost one of it's HD's durring an upgrade. The user restored but was running ito problems similar to the ones I had with the server I fixed last week or so....
So they coe to my office just before I have to run out and ask for my help fixing this. I take a few go down and we try a couple of things. I suggest what I used to fix my problem, but this means reloading the OS manually (he had previously used the OEM installer) We were going to to this this morning.
I get up earlier thatn usual haul my ass in only to find that the other guys aren't around.... So I figure they're runnig late or something else cam e up chack mail ect figure they'd call.
I finally call and reach one of them. Oh they fixed it yesterday shortly after I left., and forgot to let me know.......
Well at least the drive in wasn't too bad......
