A GREAT Talk on Network Neutrality

For those of you on my friends list who might not know Harold Feld and his blog: Tales of the Sausage Factory... He recently gave a wonderful speech at EDUCAUSE on April 25th. It's about an hour long, but WELL worth the wait in both download and time to listen to.
