So a friend of mine down DC way was pointing out a potential problem for the upcoming inauguration:
"There was a water main break (again) downtown on Monday. The infrastructure is ancient (in the American sense) and deteriorating. The Washington Water and Waste System commission is up the creek without a paddle. What will happen when every hotel room in the city is occupied and every toilet in every hotel room gets flushed for a week strait?"
I see this as one final way to say a fond farewell....
So for all the DC residents who will be stuck inside their home due to the crowds on Tuesday they should all flush their toilets simultaneously at 12 noon, as one last good bye courtesy flush to the out-going administration.. :-)
