Current status:
Jurry rigged.
no UPS

and we have this wonderful weather to consider.

when was this? I know MIT is prolly on a seperate power grid, but I was having intermittent brownouts in my apt in Central around 3:30 - 5am this morning.

This morning. I don't know the exact time.

Most of MIT is on a separate grid but not all of it. I think the affected part were on the private grid, but I'm not 100% sure what the electrical layout is. At least on of the affected bldgs I'm pretty sure wasn't on our private grid. (since it is leased space).

Ok, Just heard the confirmation the bldg that houses some of our crit servers is on the CELCO grid.
