Ok I know that it's been getting better for quite a while now but something big (at least as large as a big dog, maybe even man sized) and dark (ok the lights are not the best today) just broke through the surface and dived back under.

That's just weird.....

Ok, so my mind thinks it should be 'charlie' instead of 'chucky'. Details. Well think about it for a second, there is 'Nessie' for the Loch Ness and 'Champ' for Lake Champlain, so why not 'Charlie' fo rthe Charles river? Some unknown vague entity that pops up and confuses the audience that is Boston and other chunks of Massachusetts. So you saw Charlie. Next thing we know you will be being interviewed by the National Enquirer. You will have your picture next to Bat-Boy. Will you still remember us mere plebians after you sky-rocket to fame?

Could you call me please? It's 4:45. Your cell fone won't take messages, just rings and then disconnects, and your work cellfone says "at the subscriber's request, this phone will not take messages."

"Reach out and touch someone" my ass. Ask me how much I love technology right now.

It's the re-embodied ghost of a the last kid that failed to take the infamous MIT swim test on the last day before graduation and then fell into the river and died that very night because he couldn't swim the Charles.
