As I'm getting ready to head out to an Arisia Meeting I twist my G@d D@#%!! F-ing ankle....

And of all things to be doing to twist it I was only just putting on my pants....

Wow that hurt... It literally knocked me off my feet.... It'll be fun driving like this... Oh yeah must not forget top stop for gas....

Ice it, and watch for swelling. Lots of swelling and continued sharp pain indicates a break.

Mostly I was just mad at myself for so stupidly hurting myself.... We see how it is in the morning.. If it still is hurtng like this I'll call in sick and get it looked at... For now some tea, and a good night sleep...
