With the end of the Queen of Wands web Comic yesterday... Randy made a wonderful tribute to it in today's Something Positive....

Sick / Funny.... it all depends on your point of view... :-) (but then I laugh with my sister and her husband [She's a Rad Tech, and he's an Ambulance supervior] about the stuff that happens at Mass Gen, and with the EMT's, so I'll admit my PoV is a little warped...[but really how can you not laugh at those foreign object that get stuck...])

Ok, wasn't expecting that... The blood was an interesting touch...(and yes, I love EMT stories too, some of the funniest around)

I was a little upset to learn QoW was ending, but it did seem to be losing steam over the last few months. I was wondering if she was going to show up in S*P.

It is a very different POV on endings. I'm somewhat glad Randy didn't steal the wording from Queen of Wands. "...sooner or later you're going to end up it's punchline. And you can choose to be pissed off about it - or you can choose, instead, to laugh." *BAM*

Despite the darkness, I prefer the realism of Something Positive's take on what "life's punchline" means.
