Soo much to do, soo little time.....

lensmanOk the hustle and bustle of the pre-pensic weeks are starting to weigh in on me. Oh well It'll all be good in the end. :-) (I hope)
A and B finally met each other for a nice dinner and show last Friday. They both seemed to like each other, and it was generally a good time. A just got the Unemployment calls done yesterday. but it takes 21 days for her to start seeing anythng from it according to what she was told. (oh great), and i think she is starting to get a little stir crazy being stuck in the house with nothing fun/interesting to do all day.
Sat we wnet to finally go to a friends place for poker night. (He'd been inviting us for the last year but with A's job we had never had the energy to go.) So i got direction off of the net and we head off well it tuns out there was some kind of BIG event happening in the city (which our directions took us right through the middle of). so we ended up making a couple of wrong turns and getting lost.
This of course has A giving me the "you never want to go out, and be social when 'I' want to", and being all upset at me. (Argggg!!!!!!) like I was trying to get us lost in the middle of some damn parade at 10:30 at night. in addition my damn cell phone was dead AGAIN. so It was back to the house, and a voice mail from our friend saying "where are you?", and A being all grumpy that I was not reacting well to her PMS induced mood swing.
Well we called our friend back and got good directions around the mess in the city and headed back out. After we got there and settled in to play a few rounds A had swung the other way on her mood pendulum and we had a great night A, V and I spent hours chatting (ok mostly A and V) I was standing by the door waiting to drive us home at 4am. we had all cashed out by 2:30am
Sunday night the bathroom sink has started to clog again time for the draino let it sit over night. and notice yesterday that it had spilt onto one of my good black T-shirts, and then to top everything else off the pilot went out on the water heater. (at least I think that's what happened, I have to check when I get home tonight)
