probably not as this would require you to flip it on it's mount and that would leave a gaping hole in the bottom (as it needs an air vent somewhere), so it would probably look like ass if you did.

Well the construction plans stolen by the rebel forces, show that there are two small ventalation shafts on the bottom, but other than these, a couple of power connections and the accustic cannon this is a a perfectr sphere. So you could possibly change the mounting points.
