Our new TV

So B and I went to the store last night and bought the new TV.....

We ended up getting a SONY 40" BRAVIA™ XBR® LCD Flat Panel HDTV.



They are delivering it on Friday (woot, so glad I have the day off to deal with this) :-)

Next all I have to do is get the Comcast HDTV setup, and get the smaller speakers B wants... (Oh and clear a space where this will actually go in the living room)... :-) Lastly I'm thinking of putting together a "MythTV" DVR / MP3 Player... but that project will probably wait until sometime durring the summer (There are enough other things I need to complete first, before getting started on a new project.)

After this is all done then it's next time for a new love seat... maybe one with built in recliners... :-)

Then we'll have to have people over for movies...
B wants to have a showing of her "Robin of Sherwood" DVD's, While I'm thinking a run through of Babylon5.... :-)

Well, we have that on DVD in both PAL and NTSC formats. When I setup the new TV we'll be connecting a new PAL capable DVD player.... So we'll have a spare set at that point....
