Apparently they seem to think this is Reveling in it, as they think this will make them more hip and cool 'cause SyFy is how they would text the name around and the new young market love that texting....

They are not kidding :-) and the comments on all the sites that seem to be following this are all negative...

I also noticed that most of the negative comments are being pulled of the SciFi.com forum page :-)
