Heh I just saw the note that said the mail server problem was on the SAN (Network Disk array), and they posted earlier yesterday that last night they were rebooting the router that covers the building where I think that SAN lives in.... I had mentioned this earlier to a couple of colleges, and I'll bet nobody on that team thought to check that the servers accessing the SAN were prepped for the interruption...
