Things started so well this week. My old-boss finally got around to finishing the performance reviews for last year, and I got a little better than I was expecting.

but life recently has been like the weather in Boston... If you like what you have; wait a minute it'll change

One of the rainy nights recently I went to turn on the defrost in my car and smoke started pouring out of the vents.

I went looking for a new car (ok new to me) found something i liked by looking into the lots at night. i was goin g to go take a look at it today, but wehn i got home last night my land lords informed me that they like me to move out, after having been here for nearly 9 years. There goes anything I had to try and get ahead with. Ã

Why do you have to move out?

I don't know how much they'll be asking or what they are looking for in tennants but I know our apartment will be free (and the upstairs one is now).

The land lords are an elderly couple, who just had some major medicle problems.

They want to bring in someone to care for the landlord who lives upstairs and they are selling the whole place to them.

Hmmm I'll have to think about that. What were/are you guys paying now?

We've been paying $950 (they paid $1200 for the upstairs).

Are Viv and John selling? Did they say why they wanted you to move. It just seems awefull sudden. Good luck finding a new place... I know it will be hard to find anything with that kind of rent.
