uh, mah gawd! This was hysterical!!! I wish I had this when I was the answer girl for a "planning tool" that I had designed for personal use in Excel that the department head made the others use. They'd come to me saying things like, "It did this." I would explain that "it" is in inanimate object and only does what you tell it to. They would swear up and down that they followed the directions and then low and behold we'd discover, "Oh, I skipped that part cuz I didn't think I needed it."
