lensmanI just got to my office (Yes It's nearly 2PM, but that not the reason, I was actually working away quietly on the other side of campus from my office)
But when I got back here with my lunch I grab my mail and there is a VERY nice hand written THANK YOU letter, from the head of the dept I set up the annoying servers for last week.... :-)
