The best part of Thanksgiving
Nov. 30th, 2003 03:14 pmThe Leftovers:
With which I make a couple of my favorites.
Hot turkey sandwiches, sealed in a bread pocket. Made over the range is a special cast iron "clam shell" like device that has been passed down in my family for years called a Toast-Tight.
and today I'm boiling the carcas down into stock to make Turkey Stew.... Mmmmmm yum....
Checked e-mail for work and Arisia...
The usual bitching going on in both. So far so good only two machines broken into at work that I have any connection to. (I don't manage them, but one of the people I work with does.) It'll be interesting to do some foresnsics on these since they're configured for the central domain. I wrote a nice little statement for work (too late for this holiday) that I passed up the food chain. Hopefully it will be enough to make people think before they leave for a week.
