With all the other shit that hapens on PA roads durring the yearly Pennsic migrations they needed to start doing this too???

hmmm, well, after a 44 car pile-up, the police would be criticized if they DIDN'T do something more aggressive to stop speeding.

On a personal note, I have to say I for one am NOT unhappy if something makes you go a little bit slower/more carefully on the highway. :-} (hums "Button up your overcoat, when the wind is free, oh take good care of yourself, you belong to me.")
